Informational modeling of minimizing the personnel’s resistance processes to organizational changes at an enterprise

Abstract


There is an intensive information interaction at employees’ teams of enterprises, as a result of which the final level of decision-making support may change. A structural-functional model of information support for the minimizing personnel’s resistance processes to organizational changes at an enterprise has been developed. The formalization within the framework of the informational model of the influence of informational interaction between team members on the final level of decision support in enterprises allows to visualize the assessment process and to analyze the impact of various input factors on the final level of decisions support by the team. The proposed model makes it possible to describe in a logical, convenient and consistent manner the interrelations between management functions and responsible executors, provides information about resources, information flows, instructions, regulatory information, the set of models and approaches. The considered informational support of the minimizing personnel’s resistance processes to organizational changes in an enterprise within the framework of the corresponding IDEF0-model gives an idea of the list and interrelation of information flows, methods, processes, as well as their responsible performers. An advantage of the presented approach is the possibility of its adaptation to the specifics of a particular enterprise.The proposed structural-functional model in the IDEF0 notions of informational support of the minimizing personnel’s resistance processes to organizational changes at an enterprise will provide information support for decision making on managing organizational changes. The advantage of the model is the possibility of summarizing information on the necessary measures to ensure the practical implementation of processes to minimize the resistance of personnel to change.The presented approach creates conditions for the practical implementation of measures to minimize the resistance of personnel to organizational changes within the existing organizational structure of an enterprise, which does not require the involvement of additional resources. The perspective direction of researches is the implementation of the proposed informational model of the minimizing personnel’s resistance processes to organizational changes at enterprises in order to minimize organizational resistance and achieve the target level of decision support at enterprises.
