Restoration of Donbas mines in context of coal industry reforming

Abstract

The article highlights the problematic issue of energy security of Ukraine, gives warnings about a radical plan to reform the coal industry, methodical approaches and criteria to assess the feasibility of Donbass coal mines recovery in the context of the reform of the industry.
