The article is formatted using the standard Times New Roman font, 12 pt size, single line spacing.
Page margins: top – 3 cm, bottom – 3 cm, left – 2 cm, right – 2 cm, orientation – portrait.

Tables cannot contain empty cells. Inside tables, as well as in the text of the article, forced (manual) placement of hyphens is not allowed. If there is only one table in the article, it is not numbered. Submission of scanned tables is unacceptable. After the table, it is necessary to refer to the data source from which the table was taken or on the basis of which it was created, or to note that the table is the author's own development.
Illustrative materials (figures, graphs, diagrams) must be created using MS Office programs and be editable. When preparing illustrations, absolute priority should be given to editable and scalable vector graphics formats. Insertion of scanned illustrations is not allowed. The list of references is provided at the end of the article.
1. References in alphabetical order (sources in the language of the article should be listed first) in accordance with existing standards of bibliographic description (DSTU 8302:2015 “National Standard of Ukraine named "Information and Documentation. Bibliographic references. General provisions and rules of compilation”).
2. References – a list of references, formatted according to APA standards ( American Psychological Association (APA) Style)). The order of sources in the list of references according to the ARA standard must match the first list according to DSTU 8302:2015.
Examples of literature design according to these standards can be viewed here.
The mandatory requirements for the design of both sections include:
1. Indicate all authors in the description of the source, regardless of its type (maximum 8).
2. Indicate the digital object identifier (DOI) at the end of the bibliographic description when such identifier is available in the source to which the author refers, formatted according to https://doi.org/10.15407/econindustry2025.01.005 (for references formatted in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015) or according to doi: 10.15407/econindustry2025.01.005 (for references formatted according to the ARA standard). For electronic publications, additionally include the URL-address of the relevant web page and the date of access.
3. Cite at least 10 scientific articles in the bibliography. Authors are advised to avoid references to conference proceedings, textbooks, educational textbooks, methodological recommendations, etc. Referencing to Wikipedia is unacceptable.
4. Most sources should present the results of recent research (with the exception of historical and legal, theoretical, and discussion articles) and be geographically diverse.
5. Do not include references to regulatory legal acts (international treaties, conventions, etc.) in the list of references, but refer to them only in footnotes in the text of the scientific article.
Use generally accepted bibliographic abbreviations in descriptions (according to DSTU 3582:2013).
When formatting the “References” section, the names of Ukrainian-language periodicals (Journals, abstract collections, etc.) are provided in transliteration, except for cases when the publication has an official English-language title (in this case, this English-language title is provided). Transliteration from Ukrainian to English is carried out in accordance with the rules set in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the regulation of the transliteration of the Ukrainian alphabet into the Latin alphabet” dated January 27, 2010 No. 55. The titles of periodicals or the title of a book are provided in English translation. After providing a bibliographic description of the source, the language of the original publication must be indicated in square brackets. E.g.: [in Ukrainian].
Please also note that it is undesirable to use excessive self-citation (except in cases where this study is a continuation of a task that was earlier set in other author's articles) or citing works that the author does not further rely on in the text of the study. Self-citations may not exceed 20% of the list of sources. Self-citation is also possible for scientific articles, where the author's own definitions, terms, concepts, etc. are substantiated and clarified, in order to reduce the volume of the publication.
The absence of titles and data of individual regulatory acts in the list of references is allowed in order to prevent overloading the article with references.
References in the text should be provided in parentheses, indicating the author's last name without initials, but indicating the year of publication of the cited work. E.g.: (Novikova, 2022).
If there are no more than three authors, all three last names must be indicated; if there are more than three authors, the last name of the first one and “et al.” E.g.: (Novikova et al., 2019).
If there is (are) no author(s), references should be made to the editor(s): (Novikova (ed.), 2020), if there are no second names, to the organization responsible for the publication without abbreviations or acronyms ("Akademperiodika" Publishing House of the NAS of Ukraine, 2025), or to the authority (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2025), or to the first two words of the publication title in quotes ("Subdivision Assessment", 2025).
When referring to works published by one author in the same year, English letters should be used as indices. E.g.: (Novikova, 2022a); (Novikova, 2022b); (Novikova, 2022c). The letter "a" corresponds to the first mention of the source by the corresponding author and year in the alphabetically sorted list of references, the letter "b" corresponds to the next mention of the source by the corresponding author and year. The same for letters "c", "d", etc.
These same indexes should also be indicated in the list of references according to the ARA standard: Novikova, O.F. (2022a) etc. Thus, the explicit letter identifier of sources of one author published in the same year is indicated in the References section.
Manuscripts that do not meet the above requirements will not be considered by the Editorial Board and will not be accepted for publication in “Economy of Industry” journal.
